Card crafting tips from the cherry pit!

Cherries Jubilee Creations has promised to make card making fun, easy, and quick! Here are some of my favorite tips and tricks:

• When creating a card, embellish a separate piece to be your card front. When you’re done embellishing, adhere the finished piece to the card base. This way, none of the mechanics will show on the inside of your card.
• Our word embellishments were designed to be layered on word strips and borders. When adhering them, use foam tape to give them dimension.
• To insert brads with ease, make a small hole with a paper piercer.
• Our kits contain 1 yard of ribbon: the perfect amount to wrap around cards, staple pieces in half, and tie knots or bows. 
• When you’re tying a bow or knot. Tie it first and then adhere it to the ribbon strip, border, or card piece.
• Use decorative-edge scissors to cut the word strips and borders to give them a fun and fancy look.
